About me: I’m a writer, editor, and content strategist with more than 15 years of experience helping brands create smart and engaging content. I’ve held posts at well-known brands like, SELFFortunePOPSUGAR, and Oprah Magazine. I’ve led editorial teams, launched content initiatives, moderated panels, and written extensively about health, wellness, and lifestyle. From ambitious feature packages to daily service journalism, my work is rooted in thoughtful storytelling, rigorous reporting, and a deep understanding of what audiences actually want to read.

Writing and editing: For Fortune, I interviewed Melinda French Gates about maternal mortality and what could help solve the crisis. I wrote about how much forgetfulness is normal, and when you should see a doctor for the Washington Post. At SELF, I talked with the authors of All the Cool Girls Get Fired to get their tips for the newly laid off, and I chatted with Serena Williams about life on a GLP-1. I edited this cover story featuring the impeccable Nia Long, as well as this one on top WNBA draft pick, Azzi Fudd.

Speaking: I’ve helped shape conversations at the intersection of health and business, parenting, women’s sports, and leadership while moderating dozens of live interviews. From media conferences to company summits and private fireside chats, I bring thoughtful preparation, engaging questions, and an ability to make complex conversations feel accessible. Some of favorite moments include this conversation with Reshma Saujani and Christy Turlington about the state of American motherhood; this surprisingly uplifting discussion about how to have a good death, and that time I interviewed Michelle Obama.
